We are renting/selling one or two weeks of our timeshare at the Club Land?or, a private resort on Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas. The week starts Friday 4:00 pm and ends the following Friday at 11:00 am. It is not a specific week, but rather any week you choose. Reservations, of course, are required and made on a first-come-first-served basis.

Other costs: of course your plane fare to Nassau ($366 non-stop, round trip from Philly recently); a taxi from the airport is about $35 to $40; and the Club charges a hotel administration fee of $25 per person per night. Other than that, it?s your food, drink, entertainment and shopping.

It is a short walk to the fabulous Atlantis resort with its casinos and luxurious shopping, without spending $400 a night to stay there. The Atlantis is protective about its resort?s guest facilities, including its beach, off-beach swimming areas, and unbelievable aquariums, although access to all of that is available to Club Land?or guests for an additional fee.

It is also just across a bridge or water taxi ride to downtown Nassau for bargains galore.

Don?t miss the Junkanoo parade every Friday night at the Marina Village, just a short stroll around the marina. There?s a Starbucks there, too, among all of the shops and restaurants. There is no McDonalds on Paradise Island!

Club Land?or is more for relaxing in the sun than for non-stop activities, although there are always plenty of things to do. See the Club?s website for more information: http://www.clublandor.com/.

There are a number of great poolside bars with TVs for watching sports, either right at the Club or within a short walk. There are several nightclubs at Atlantis and lots of nightlife in downtown Nassau, an $8 taxi ride away. There is WIFI available, but again at an additional cost (nothing?s free in Paradise).

“Thank you very much for leasing your time share at Club Land’Or. We had the most wonderful time! Everyone there was so very friendly and helpful. Tony certainly made some good Bahama Mamas.. and I’ve attached a picture of us having one! We stayed in room 201 and were so pleased with the beautiful view. We had a great time at the BBQ, playing Bingo, and getting good deals at Happy Hour. You were both such a big help in planning the trip and offering tips and advice for ‘where to go’ and ‘what to do’. If it is okay with you, I would love to keep you in mind for possible future vacations.
